Frequently asked questions
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete All Data. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. This permanently removes all your skips, categories, streaks, and XP progress from the device.
Go to Settings → Restore Purchase (below the Support Skippr row). Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used when you originally tipped. If the restore doesn't go through, try signing out and back into your Apple ID in iOS Settings, then try again. If you're still having trouble, email us and we'll sort it out.
Go to Settings → Replay Onboarding. This lets you walk through the setup flow again. Your existing data, skips, and progress are not affected — it only resets the intro screens.
If you have iCloud backup enabled, your data will be preserved in iCloud and restored automatically when you reinstall Skippr on the same Apple ID. If iCloud is not enabled, deleting the app permanently deletes all local data with no way to recover it. We recommend keeping iCloud backup on.
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers — we don't run any. If you have iCloud enabled, Apple syncs your data privately across your own devices via iCloud. Whiskrs never has access to your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
